  • Professional Electronic Tools
    The Professional Electronic Tools segment consists of the business operations providing precision soldering, cutting, motion control, and air ventilation solutions to electronics assembly industries.

  • The company’s products are sold through national industrial distributors, contractor supply houses, automotive tool and equipment distributors, and many independent regional and specialized distribution partners. Certain consumer retailers, home centers, and hardware stores also sell the company’s private-label products alongside the company’s own brands.

The Hand Tools segment consists of the business operations providing mechanics tools, trade tools, specialty tools, chain, truck boxes, jobsite storage, and drill chucks to a broad range of industrial maintenance, commercial and residential construction, automotive repair, and consumer customers worldwide.
